| 1 1/2 stick Butter |
| 1 1/2 cups Diced onion |
| 1/2 cup Flour |
| 2 cups Milk |
| 1 cup Heavy whipping cream |
| 1/2 cup Chicken stock |
| 1 1/2 tbsp Diced garlic |
| 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice |
| 1 cup Parmesan Reggiano |
| 2 pkg Frozen chopped spinach (10 oz) |
| 1 can Artichoke hearts (8 oz) |
| 3/4 cup sour cream |
Spinach and Artichoke Dip Directions
- Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach
- In a saucepan melt better, add onion and cook until translucent
- Add flour, stir to combine
- Add milk and heavy cream, stir to combine
- Add chicken stock and lemon juice, stir to combine
- Add cheeses, stir to combine
- Add spinach and artichoke hearts, stir well until spinach and artichokes are distributed throughout
- Add sour cream, stir to combine and remove from heat
- Serve with tortilla chips
