Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili Directions
- Place all of the ingredients inside the slow cooker EXCEPT for the cream cheese. Allow the cream cheese to soften. The chicken can go in raw. Add chicken broth until all of your ingredients are covered. You may not have to use all of it. Set your slow cooker to Low and cook for 8-10 hour or High and cooker for 4-6 hours. Be sure your chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Remove chicken and shred it. Return it back to the slow cooker. Add cream cheese and stir until it's completely melted. Serve with sour cream and jalapeños if you like!
